Im wondering i would go about changing the title tag (if it is even possible) for each category and subcategory.

ie the same title tag appears on each category and subcategory.
So for our subcategory acrylic bell rings. I would want to change the title tag to Acrylic Belly Rings Body JEwelry... or something along those lines.
Any help is greatly appreciated as always.
