I've tried it myself and I've searched the forum, but can't figure it out...here's my site:

Here's where I am:
- Shop site without logging in first.
Put something in the cart.
Hit checkout
Then at Checkout step 2 of 3, you're presented with the "If you already have an account log in here" statement.
Click the "here" part to go to log in at a secure area (I've implemented the mod)
I'm trying to get the
Login/Register panel which appears at the bottom, to appear at the top, above the dialog of "Checkout step 2 of 3".
It doesn't make sense to me how it is now.
It seems simple, I've done this on other pages, but everything I've tried has always messed up the display of the page.
Can anyone guide me? Thanks.
