further update:

I recently changed the banner at the top of my store to one that is disproportionate to the height of the area allotted, and as a result it is distorting my store. I've gone through and manually inserted line breaks to move the major sections of the store downward, but I'm having trouble locating the correct tpl files for most of the pages.

There must be an easier way to do this. Some help?
