Wow I am surprised they would not be interested in helping there.
r57shell is a nasty backdoor program that can give hackers pretty much control of your account.
You will need to find where that script is and remove it. Most importantly you need to find out how they uploaded it to the server in the first place or they will just come back and upload it again.
