Lets be honest. I could charge a 25% 'upgrade' fee like every other mod vendor and make a lot of money with the whole 4.2, 4.3, 4.4, 5 debacle. But I don't, upgrades are free.
When you buy a license you aren't entitled to unlimited support for the rest of your life. I would have to shut down my site if I'm offering unlimited everything to everybody, because a lot of people feel entitled to everything.
