Does anyone know of a modification available that allows editing of price levels from within the main product management view ?

Typically only the SKU, description, Qty, and standard price are displayed for the product list. I previously had a mod created for v3.x that displayed all wholesale price levels too. It saved HUGE amounts of time when I was doing mass price changes.
