Hi all, as Carrie said previously we were in the process of building a new office and the building did not go as scheduled causing us to have to move into a temporary space and then now move again to the office, with the process and dealing with the building and paper work etc. our ability to keep up our support standards has been far below the high bar that we typically set for ourselves. We did also realize after a few phone calls from clients that we were having email issues with some clients but the problem did not seem to be consistent. Our server company made some changes and we are hoping the issue has since been fixed and have not since had any more reports of issues.
