I am trying to change the DEFAULT setting for order in which my products appear with in the category.

I understand that I can change the order of the products with in the category by simple setting the position myself in category management.

Is it possible to change the default setting to ALPHABETICAL rather than what seems to be the date the product was entered so I can improve the customers view.

Any help greatly appreciated.
