Ok, thanks a lot, I solved it. In Zone Alarm I went through Privacy > Site List > Add (here you add the domain of the site, e.g.
www.somedomain.com) and you click on it's entry in the list and then click on the Options button, go to the Ad Blocking tab and uncheck the "Pop-up/pop-under" checkbox.
