ok first thing I noticed is hex colors must start with a #.. so white is #fff or #ffffff, all '&' should be written as &
No caps in html and make sure you close all tags... <BR> shold be <br />
I rarely use the <p> tage... maybe just me...
<IMG SRC> should be <img src> once again no caps.
ALT shold be alt.... no caps
<font></font> is BAAAAAAAAAAAAAAD!!! use CSS and at least make it lowercase... agian no caps...
