Thanks for your reply. I think you're right, the problem is with my .htaccess file. I've tried every permutation of enabling/disabling #s, but nothing seems to solve the problem.
The links are correct when I enable CDSEO, i.e., they're the ones I've specified -- they just aren't mapped to anything in my store, so they 404 out.
I've put two trouble tickets in with WebsiteCM Software -- the firm I bought it from, I sent Jon an email and I just left a voicemail for them. Any other way of getting support on CDSEO?
