I have an overlapping problem (?) on my right side bar.

[skin1/customer/home.tpl] When I created my ⌠guarantee■ & ⌠security■ menu boxes I placed them above the authentication box and news box. Unfortunately, the latter two disappeared and a three inch tall white space appeared at the bottom. When I placed the guarantee and security menu boxes below the authentication box the authentication appeared.

Will you kindly help me? Where am I making a mistake? Is this a CSS problem; if so, what code do I modify?
