are there any mods for making your life easier concerning mass product import through csv? I have read the xcart import/export guide and I am planning to use it for importing thousands of products that have the same repeating option groups and option values (something like global option groups and values). I will take the data from Excel files that will definitely need some tweaking in their rows so they become appropriate for importing repeating options into xcart.
Another question is, would I need the "Global Product Options for X-cart" (from BCS Engineering) or "Store Manager for X-Cart" by MagneticOne mod to populate xcart with the repeating options since I will use mass csv import?
In other words, I have about 2000 products with global options and I am planning to import them from excel files through csv. After importing the main products (without the variations), could I use one of the above mods to create the global options for the imported products (i.e. selecting all 2000 products or batches of them and copy the global options)?
