The page doesn't load in IE and "Operation abored" is displayed?
IE ignores 'defer' attribute for script tag and starts to change page immediately.
But from the other hand there is a functional limitation that is not allowing IE to modify parent container if it is not loaded completely.
This issue is fixed in current release.
Update your skin1/modules/Whats_New/Whats_New.tpl with one from attached package
Please note, this is not a complete module but update only.
