all the CRP emails are in /skin1/mail and /skin1/mail/html

some pull their content from languages -- so a language filter for "crp_" should bring up lots of options.

the template for the referral page is:

/skin1/customer/main/crp_referral.tpl

But editing the mail templates and the languages is probably what you are after.

I've done some EXTENSIVE modifications and tweaks to this module, and if you search the forum, your find some interesting threads.
