that's great but what i'm saying is that our page already has the option to write a gift message. the problem is that we (the retailer) can not see the gift message when we go to process the order through x-cart. it's like it only works half way and i don't understand. how can i see what the customer wants to write on the gift message when we process the order? should be simple.
