Unfortunately, when I export product data into a CSV file, now matter what I use as the delimiter, the data is "wrappring" in the excel file which is making the export file not usable (which doesnt happen in the normal x-cart x-port)

has anyone else had this problem and resolved it?

does anyone use this for quickbooks (australian version) integration for orders or products?

and finally is there a way to have say orders information using live data while haveing product information using the bridge?

You can also try to work via ssh tunnel to work with live data, can have problems with mysql server dropping connection all time, again depends on server configuration.

You can try troubleshooter to handle this yourself.
See "Quote string values with" option.

For detailed support questions you are welcome to contact support@xcart-manager.com

As to Australian QuickBooks support - please try to use it, we don't have australian versions to test with, but will make all the changes to make it working for you. The Beta status is made for exact cases.

Right now the single connection mode is possible - i.e. you connected one way or another. You can use shortcut to quickly change the connection mode manually when you need it - most likely you are not importing/managing products all time.

And again - complete solution will be to contact your hosting, asking them to reconfigure database server to prevent dropping connections all time.
