ok. I checked your Image link where it is stored - shows - file:///C:/My%20Documents/My%20Pictures/gallery.gif
You have to go to administration area and than edit templates - than images folder. Than You can upload Images from your computer to your Website.
From there you can Link images to your header.
So It will come like -
http://www.memoriesofmiracles.com/store/skin1/images/gallery.gif
or you can link just like shan said.
