[Duramax 6.6L]

I am trying to add the live support icon to the customer/home.tpl.

The code is generated html from Kayako Support Suite.

If I add it as html in the home.tpl I get an error messages.

I tried putting the code in a file and saving it as a kayako_support.tpl, then called on the file with the include. This through errors also.

Could someone please explain how to add this step by step.
