The module installation was done by Qualiteam, I believe.
Also, the initial templates were backed up (before attempting to follow online tutorials). The template were are currently using is a restoration of the template prior to any edits that we [or Qualiteam] did. We were experiencing some problems with templates associated with ordering from our store, unfortunately this seems to have also stopped our Google Analytics from functioning.
