Thank you for your suggestion JWait, this is what I was hoping to find. I agree that as a customer myself, I want the assurance of protection with giving my personal information. With our company having only a select base of customers who will be allowed to use our shopping cart, it poses different issues than others who use X-Cart on their website. With the help of these forums, I've been learning what templates to edit to acheive our look and needs for our cart. Can you point me to the cart template that holds "personal details" section?

Since you do not want to allow any "customers" simply hide the "personal details" section entirely by enclosing it within "{if ($usertype eq "A"} statements, and then in checkout skip the section entirely.
For the rest of us, we must deal with customers who may be apprehensive about giving out personal information for fear of identity theft and appease their concerns whenever possible.
