I simply wanted to add new link by click on the Add/Update button from the speed bar management; however, it didn't do anything even after i clear the cache from summary/Tools and check the option that says "clear template cache". I wanted to add another link between the shopping cart and the contact us a new link called Testimonial. here's how my store is right now:
