Are you still using PHPLive from PHPLive Software (OSI Codes)?
I purchased both the Live Support Software and the WinApps from them a week ago. The download didn't work and I cannot get in touch with them, their phone is disconnected, no response to emails.
Have you ever had any kind of a problem with them?

So it was a cool feature but a bit of a time waster, if anything i'd implement it NOT to have a button but still use it so you can pop up and offer help if it looks like it's needed |
