In your admin section.. click on "categories"
You can make "Products", "Handmade Gifts", and "Artists" main categories and have Albums, Die Cuts, Embellishments, Kits ,Rub-ons, etc. as subcategories of "Products". Do the same for "Handmade Gifts", and "Artists". Is this what you mean?
