How do I create a Radio Check Mark Tracking Option - UPS & USPS

I have the following basic setup with entering trcaking info thaty defaults to USPS and with the cost of postage, we send parcels over a certain size UPS, but do this at our discretion as we use it for free shipping and UPS is not s standard choice.

When we generate the tracking we usually go UPS - Tracking Number... Of course that creates a tracking number that starts with "UPS - " and we get clients that complain as they can't track it.

I would like to add a selection as show attachments, that will allow us to select that option and will adjust correctly and send a correct tracking#.

How can this be done? I would guess its an option and a if statement, but have no idea how to do this.
