Default how to remove this from checkout pages?
I've remove this two text

Languages->lbl_terms_n_conditions
Terms & Conditions

Languages->lbl_ship_to_different_address
Ship to a different address


But on the checkout pages remains the CHECKBOX of SHIP TO ...

and the orange images with links of TERMS and conditions... how to remove this two?
