lol... this is html code basically - did you even try it (or question is just for fun)?...
If you choose to put it inside a html table is perhaps optional (i.e. code can be shorter).. and of course one could cut this code down doing that... but is nothing complicated about it really.
But if you can wait 2 weeks, I guess your programmer can give you his cut piece of code.
Otherwise, check what is in the html file that you have on hand... that will give you a guide as to what needs to go into the language tag.
