I can obviously see that Serializer.php is missing. I checked the intellicontact.php code and noticed that it also calls for Unserializer.php.
Anyone know what these files are?

XML/Serializer.php and XML/Unserializer.php files are parts of PEAR package (
http://pear.php.net) XML_Serializer (
http://pear.php.net/package/XML_Serializer).
So apparently you need to install the XML_Serializer PEAR package on your hosting server.
