Jon, but there is no link from the top page or the next pages down.
So it seems to me to have been removed in an attempt to stop any more automated orders being processed.
I have put my issue to the Pay Pal resolution centre now.
If anyone has phone contact with Tela Firma it might be helpful to give him a ring to see what is up.
