Ive just checked the site and the mods for x-cart don't seem to be there anymore. Therefore I can only assume someone has removed them to stop business automatically coming in, but has deliberately not removed the whole site. So Im guessing that there is a feeling from someone at the other end that the business is currently temporarily closed and will at some time hopefully open up again.
That is only my assumption.
