Here is a snapshot of the funky category the first version on the first post for everyone who wants to know what it looks like. Someone with moderator powers might like to add it to the firt post to prevent further "What's it look like?" questions.
The horizontal menu worked but you have to adjust the position of the funkcategories.tpl file inside customer/home.tpl so it doesn't collide with the welcome text or main content. You also have to replace the
Code:
[img] tag with <img src="
and replace
Other wise you will get errors for the horizontal.
This was tested in 4.1.9 and 4.1.10 with no problems that I could find when browsing or adding items to cart. The admin panel was fine as well.
