We ordered this Mod and install on April 6 of this year and have yet to received anything. Not even the mod itself. We have emailed tela firma at least 10 times, using 3 different emails. We got one email about three weeks back, saying he forgot about us and we take care of it. We also tried to find a phone # to get a refund. Nice company. Any suggestions out there?

PS-- this is not the first company that left us hanging after we made a payment. We have worked with other x-cart developers/designers who were honest upfront and let us know they were booked up.
