still stand by ultraedit even tho i'm not on commission with them
there is a smarty sytax higlighter with it aswell that helps with xcart no end. Great for editing php, but for quick and dirty code generation then DWMX does still rock even though it creates persistent dbase connections which is a little unecessary.
