OK, I've been customizing the look and feel of X-Cart the last few days, but I have a couple of questions that would seem to be easy to implement, but I can't seem to find where I need to make the changes.
First, I can't find where I change the background color for the search bar. I found where I can change the background for everything esle, but not the search bar. Any help?

Second, I would really like the search menu on the left vertical side above the categories. I can't seem to get that to quite work either.
