Could you resend them. I'll send you another e-mail address through your site just in case it happens again. I am very relieved to hear that you answered. I liked the idea of your templates and vBulletin skin. I can't say I've had any difficulty receiving e-mail, at least none that I know of until now. Although I might be able to think of a reason or two as far as this weekend is concerned.
I am getting rather desperate to find a viable ecommerce solution. I asked x-cart my first question through their support site and was amazed to see an instant 10 points taken off (which have now been replaced and appreciated). This question was more like a sales/feature question which in my mind should not have been charged anything. The kicker is it took over 24 hours to get a response from a paid support service. That is too long, and seeing as I'm just getting going with them it made me question whether I can work with the way they do business. I'm sure they probably questioned whether they can work with me
