I would like my product details page to be like this:

Currently my product details pages look like this:
http://www.outsidetheboxx.net/market/product.php?productid=98&cat=255&page=1.
I have searched the forums and looked through the settings but haven't come up with the right combination of settings. I don't know if the cart I'm looking at has some special mods to accomplish this or if it's something simple that I'm just missing.
Anybody have any ideas?
