I wouldn't say poor support from Magneticone and I don't mean to disrespect you Witold
but they have provided us with extremely fast service in the past few months and they have put in a lot of efforts every time to make sure everything works well for us. They have spent the hours needed to make sure that we are satisfied and have not charged us a cent! even with the extra requests added to make life better for us, now if that is not service, I don't know what is....
