I have had it for 2 weeks. I am very happy with it, and my customers seem to be happy. Zero complaints or tech support calls or checkout assistance since it has been installed. Before checkout_one, we'd have at least a few calls a day --
I can't speak for stats on cart abandonment, since we also have the "remember anonymous carts" mod from WebsiteCM, and our customers FREQUENTLY add items, then come back after their kids are sleeping, or find 2 minutes, then checkout. So we have not been able to quantify abandoned carts stats.
The thing to remember is that checkout_one makes the process easier and CLEARER for the customer -- how can that NOT be superior to anything else we have?
