hey phil- hi
i did reinstall the smarty plugin it was there just not in the plugin folder- duhhh
but i tried to install the sql patch (dont know how to chk if i did it previous)
but came up with this error
SQL PATCH FAILED AT QUERY:

i do have a funky thing going on because i installed cart-lab tabs
and i have two customer feedback fields that are there with two ratings fields. not sure how to untangle this one- that might be a simple fix in the admin (turn on/off thing)
