i do not have a web person so I am taking a shot here on my own. I would like to change the look of the Vertical boxs on my site (

I do not have a full understanding of css etc.
Is there a way I could just design what i like in photoshop and then put it into the site?
I have read every thread and none of them seem to answer my question as a newbie.
