Mine doesn't do that image swap, is there already a newer version out?
Also, I would love to be able to control both the height and width of images. Ideally, I'd like to set a max height and a max width. For example, if I set my max height and max width for thumbnails to 100px, and then upload a thumbnail that is 200x100, it will resize to 100x50. If I uploaded one that was 100x200, it would resize to 50x100. Is that possible? My current site (not X-Cart) does that and I love it! Otherwise, some product images look very odd, like these thumbnails for instance:
