Hi Zane,

CDSEO ($149) is for products and categories.
CDSEO for Static Pages ($49) is an addon to the base CDSEO, if you use Static Embedded Pages on your site and want them to use CDSEO urls as well. This is an addon since not everyone uses or wants the functionality for static pages.
