I often get users sending me a question multiple times from the contact us form.
I could never work out why until I did some testing today and realised when you hit submit you dont get any sort of acknowlegement taht your message was sent.
Anyone advise this programming challenged user how I could incorportae either a pop up window when the submit button is selected. Or even the more traditional notification messgae that appears on other xcart pages (like when you register a new user)
Any advice greatly appreciated.
