I refresh continually... I dumped the browser cache... cleared the templates cache. I didn't see an option for 'Force Cache Generation' but I've been able to put different background colors in and they appear just fine. I've tried typing in 'transparent' for background color and it turns up white BUT when I select default background, it produces the duplicate image. So I don't think it anything that isn't being purged from memory.

I'm lost... shouldn't be this difficult. If I replace my image with the default X-Cart image it works... I don't get it. I've tried 3 differnt version of my image with various transparency options and still no luck.
