I'm afraid that number isn't for firetank software and is from our old office.
We recently moved offices, hosting and helpdesk systems (over decemeber/january), it appears several threads and email requests were lost in the process. If anyone else has had problems please resubmit your requests to us and please ensure our domains firetank.net and firetanksoftware.com are on your whitelists/friends lists.
