are you trying to get it to display differently than the default?

if so, i've tried it and it's a headache. the tables are nested and are in a specific order based on the original code. if you want to move something around, you have to keep this in mind.

check all tpl files associated with customer reviews as there might be table tags that are preventing it from displaying the way you'd like.
