Don't forget the scrollbar of the browser! i'd go for 732 pixels, this makes
sure you don't get a ugly scrollbar on the bottom.
I my opinion a fixed width is much nicer for you text layout, with a 100%
width you should not use hard returns in your text because you will
never know where the return will show up on the page.
