I use Telafirma's mod : I think it is one of the best mod for X-Cart : don't worry about size and resolution of your pics : all the parameters are fixed by admin, you just have to upload the pics into a folder .. that's all ...

No watermak possible, may be in future ? Telefirma's guy is very responsive and I found him always available
