Does any body have the same case?
some buyer purchase the item (have product option), while in the order invoice and email.
the product option is totally missing.
its hapeen suddenly in our recently order.
it does not apply to all products.
but it seems that if the product does not order before, the problem will happen.
we can't reproduce this bugs, but we keep getting such order (10% of our total order)
any comment?
