Does anyone know how to display on each page which template files are being used?

Usually this is done inside comment tags, meaning the list of template files are only visible in the source code.

I believe it's a on-line PHP script that echos out the $Id, or something ... I'm not sure. I've seen it done, but I can't remember how!
